When a program launches as a pilot, it allows a business like ours to gain data in real time about what's working and what needs adjustment. To make it worth clients' time, we offer special pricing and discounts to try out the program. This particular pilot is unique in that it is taking a previously successful manual program and transferring it into a purely automated, digital environment.
No. You're pricing is locked in as long as you stay in the program. There may be additional charged you inclure depending on whether you choose to sign up for other optional parts of the program. But your core $97 charge for the basic version of the loyalty program will stay unchanged to thank you for your participation in the pilot.
No, there is no minium time in the program. You can cancel at any time.
We're giving you the first month FREE when you enter code: FREEMONTH. That should give you plenty of time to determine whether the loyalty program is right for your business or not. Beginning in the second month, you'll be charged $97 per month for the basic version of the program until such time as you cancel.
While the final version of the program will be open to all restaurants in the United States, during the pilot period, we are limiting the range to restaurants in the Greater Seattle metropolitan area. If you're out of the area, check back in the next few months for the launch of the full program.
This is a pilot program to work out any hiccups before we launch it more widely. The information from those first 10 clients will give us the data we need to make adjustments when we roll the final version of the program out. We may offer specials to clients at the time we roll out the final version but that has yet to be determined. So for now, the pilot is limited to 10 clients.
Yes! The data is all yours. Should you leave the program, we're happy to transfer that data to you so you can transfer it to another program in order to stay in touch with your clients.
No, never. Integrity is a big part of our promise to clients and their customers. We do not sell, lease or transfer customer data to anyone but the client for whom we generated it.
No, not all all. If anything, this service is a companion to it. It's designed to engage customers so that they have your restaurant top of mind when they're ready to dine out so that they make a reservation with you through whatever means you use for that, including OpenTable.
